  1. this one is haunting. oh, his light foot! apprehensive? this photo is nothing short of brilliant. it is taken, i think, from inside the dream itself.

    1. :-)

it was evening, and the entire photo is actually a reflection in a big shop window, on the other side from where he was playing - taking into account the window reflection which is already there, this becomes a dream within a dream :-)
(it could have been on the windows-blog as well, no?)

  2. hi beautiful Roxana, ooooooooooooooh this image has such a powerful mood and -shall I and shall I not- it is as if there are whispers in the dark from ancestors whose ways are lit by the japanese lanterns that suggest also the buddhist's enlightenment and the dream state and from the diamond sutra-all composed things are like a dream a phantom a drop of dew a flash of lightning that is how to meditate on them that is how to observe them- and the empty chairs the place of lives now emptied and for some reason in this dream it strains to become a textile image for me where the blackness of night takes on a black venerable velvet sheen.
I am so happy for you that you can cultivate all this splendour along your path.
love and light andlight kisses of happiness

    1. oh, your interpretation is infused with spirituality, dear Madeleine, i had never thought of all this here, but i love the way you see everything connected :-)

  3. Shadowed by his double, the voyage to a stubbornly unknown destination is quite bearable, for loneliness is the dark abyss of silent steps.

    1. how sad all becomes when, as we grow up, all destinations begin to be "known", or at least "knowable" - maybe that is the secret of staying happy, to be able to invent "stubbornly unknown destinations" for oneself, all the time...

the dream within a dream... ;-)
