  1. looking not from the temple away, facing the trees, as in the previous post, but at the trees reflected within the temple...

  2. beautiful ... as if the space within the temple is the space of memory, where we carry the trees, always ...

    1. and there is this overwhelming emptiness within the temple too, just open, empty spaces shaped through this most severe and precise geometry, it is truly one of the most fascinating experiences of space, both outside and interior space, within ourselves...

  3. Nature is a temple here, the temple is a part of Nature.
it is more than beautiful, it is simple wonder.
the way the nature/the world reflects itself in windows... I can never have enough of it.

    1. i was blown by that too, when i discovered the reflections, i stood there mesmerized, for a long time, and then walked around the temple many times, chasing those reflections, which changed with each angle (see next post).

  5. yin and yang

The energy of timeless tree (perhaps memory, as James suggests) and the energy of the present, an unsculpted scaffold, a rigid surface.
